FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE The "MV Bimini Breeze" visited Bimini!Ship docked in Alice Town on her way to Tampa Florida06.06.2006 -- The "MV Bimini Breeze" did an overnight stop in Alice Town on her way from Freeport, Bahamas to Tampa Florida, where she arrived this afternoon. The unreported arrival of the "MV Bimini Breeze" created quite a stir, and by nightfall many of the residents had made their way to the dock to take a closer look at the main actor of the new ferry service. The question that was frequently asked was, "When will the service start?" The vessel arrived in Bimini freshly Painted and presentable on the outside, and will now receive a complete interior facelift at the yard in Tampa. Also additional air-condition capacity will be installed since the vessel had limited need for this in her former trade, the cold coastal waters of Norway.
